The same care went into designing our website and we hope that you find it easy to navigate. To familiarize you with our procedures, we answered all questions we could think of in the flower care, delivery & return, privacy & security, and about us sections at the bottom of our website. If you cannot find the answer to your question in these sections, we will be glad to answer them to you personally. Please note that due to the nature of our business (as some flowers are not available at all times), substitutions may be necessary to ensure that your order is delivered in a timely manner. In case of such substitutions, the utmost care and attention will be given to your order. The colors shown online will be matched as close as possible, even if this means substituting other variety of flowers with a greater value.

FLOWER CARE
1. Fill the vase with room-temperature water and add a pocket of flower food. 2. Cut an inch or two off of the stem with a sharp knife and make sure to remove any foliage that would fall below the waterline. 3. Check the water level daily and refill if necessary; and change the water, replenish the flower food, and re-cut the stems every other day. If you run out of flower food, you can substitute it with sugar and liquid bleach. For each gallon of water, add a tablespoon of sugar and one or two drops of bleach. 4. Keep the bouquet away from fresh fruits and out of direct sunlight and appliances that give off heat to avoid premature droop. 5. If the bouquet arrives in floral foam, it is best if the arrangement remains intact. Please add water to the foam as needed. 6. Enjoy!
